My mission

As an NHS doctor with over 20 years of experience, I've witnessed firsthand the growing burden of chronic health conditions—on patients' lives and on our overstretched healthcare system.

Working daily with patients, I saw again and again how lifestyle factors were at the heart of so many chronic diseases—and how powerful targeted lifestyle interventions could be in preventing, managing, and even reversing them. This led me to pursue specialist training in lifestyle medicine through the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

This website was created to share that knowledge with both clinicians and patients: empowering patients with evidence-based lifestyle medicine interventions that can genuinely transform health outcomes, while providing time-pressured clinicians with ready-to-share resources that extend care beyond the consultation room.

Together we can build a more sustainable, effective approach to managing and preventing chronic disease.
